Laura plays a dual role at MISI as the XD group’s Director of Experience Architecture and as an XD Strategist. For over a decade, she has been representing the customer for any touchpoint with a brand through actionable insight gathering and research. She has led multiple large-scale cross-channel experience design strategy and change management engagements for our healthcare clients. She has also translated digital experience design methodologies to the physical, wayfinding and service design spaces. Two recent projects Laura led have been recognized in hotly contested competitions. MISI was a finalist in AstraZeneca’s Accoladez Excellence in Commercial Insight competition and a finalist in the Bronx Grand Concourse urban design competition that attracted entries from 25 countries.
