Liana Dragoman, Lead Experience Architect (LEA)

Liana has over eight years of visual and interaction design experience within the academic and private sectors – working with clients such as T-Mobile, Astra Zeneca, Prostate Cancer Foundation, Endo Pharmaceuticals and DuPont. She has taught on a full and part time basis university coursework in emerging media studies. Her years of experience in the classroom and the field enrich her current role as Lead Experience Architect at MISI Company where she can apply her multi-disciplinary approach to designing solutions to social and business-related challenges. Other areas of interest include employee engagement, participatory design processes and emotion-based systems thinking.

Liana is active in Philadelphia’s design community and is a practicing artist and educator. She is a member of the Interaction Design Association, PhillyCHI and UX Bookclub, co-organized TEDxPhilly (2010 and 2011) and TEDxPhillyWomen, and teaches web design at Moore College of Art and Design. Her accolades include ADDY and Citation of Excellence awards from the Metro DC design community and an Adobe Design Achievement Finalist Award in addition to having her film work distributed by PBS and shown in curated exhibitions in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Basel Switzerland, Amsterdam and Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino, CA, among others.
