Megan Geyer, Lead Experience Architect (LEA)
Megan has been an experience design professional for over four years, striving to ensure that all audiences are understood and represented throughout the design and implementation of any service or product. She joined MISI Company in 2009 and has worked on several cross-channel audience research and design projects with MISI’s pharmaceutical, financial, and non-profit clients. Previous to joining MISI Company, Megan managed user experience projects and worked on information architecture and interaction design for consumer-facing websites in the nutrition, education, music/entertainment, and financial industries. Megan is a member of the Usability Professionals Association. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
Frances Felske, Associate Experience Architect (AEA)
Frances is an Associate Experience Architect at MISI. Since joining MISI XD in 2009, she has worked on a variety of long and short-term engagements involving core usability methodologies, contextual inquiries, and strategic planning initiatives. Frances has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work on global projects, and she has conducted research for a variety of industries, including the pharmaceutical, financial, and legal sectors. She strives to expand her knowledge of experience design and usability, and enjoys learning how to apply these methodologies to new and diverse business situations. Frances has a Bachelors in Urban Design and Architecture Studies from New York University.
