Emily Osgood
Emily has worked on a wide range of experience design projects – from redesigning a graduate school application service to contextual research on the visitor experience of a hospital. Her recent work has included leading usability and qualitative audience-centered research for consumer-facing and internal websites. She has worked with organizations in a variety of industries, including healthcare, finance, professional sports, academic, and non-profit.
She has an explicit interest in improving the human experience of public spaces through an experience research and design approach; a recent entry in an urban design competition won a finalist place and was displayed in the Bronx Museum of the Arts.
Emily holds a BA in English from Harvard, and participated in Columbia’s Post-Baccalaureate Psychology program. A Vermonter at heart, she loves New York City but gets away when she can to ski, bike, hike, and run in the New England wilderness.
