Xperience This!

Ben arrived at MISI in 2011 with a decade of experience in the field of information technology and a Masters in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University, where he studied human-computer interaction and interface design. Through his time at Rutgers he became involved in the NJ Chapter of the Usability Professionals Association, and currently is acting as Program Chair and Vice-President. He has begun working on both interface-driven and research-driven projects for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. He seeks to continue to expand his knowledge of user experience, design, and usability to inform strategic customer insights that improve customer interactions across all channels.
