Alpa Moscarella, Experience Design (XD) Strategist

Alpa has been working as a user experience design professional for 11 years. She joined MISI Company in 2008 as a Lead Experience Design Architect, specializing in understanding user’s needs and behaviors and translating insights into a usable interface. Her project experience at MISI involves several internal applications, portals, search strategies and user interface standards and guidelines.

Prior to MISI, Alpa worked for ZAGAT Survey has a Product Manager focused on the strategy of growing ZAGAT.com as an internet channel. Previous to that, Alpa worked for Dun & Bradstreet where she lead the User Experience team and focused on the strategy and growth of the Small Business online channel.

Edward Hsieh, Experience Design (XD) Strategist

Ed has been in the user experience field for over four years, leading projects in usability research and portal and application design. His project experience includes enterprise portals, customer-facing portals and applications, multi-channel service and support, search and content strategy, and mobile application design. He has extensive experience designing wireframes, site mapping, analyzing and designing process flows, authoring content guidelines, and ensuring that designs are usable, engaging, and easy to build.

Prior to joining MISI, Ed was a senior member of Accenture’s User Experience Labs where he led the front-end design efforts for several large system implementation projects. He was the User Experience Lab’s senior information architect, designing the information architecture for websites and applications for companies in the telecom, education, retail, sports and travel industries.
