Alejandra Diaz,
Lead Experience Architect (LEA)
Alejandra has worked on a variety of projects involving contextual inquires, information/interaction design and core usability testing methodologies. She has shadowed pharmaceutical sales reps, interviewed pharmaceutical consumers and health care professionals, and has worked closely with pharmaceutical regulatory and business teams. Alejandra’s experience outside of the pharmaceutical industry includes interactive design projects with NBA, a wayfinding study for NY Presbyterian Hospital, and an urban design competition for the Bronx Grand Concourse. Alejandra has a Bachelors in History of Science & History of Medicine from Yale University and has completed the Post Baccalaureate Certificate Program in Business at Columbia University.
