Ernie is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to support MISI staffing clients in the Philadelphia region. He has over 10 years of experience in building and managing technology-driven recruitment organizations and meeting customer staffing needs. Most recently, he has led successful recruitment campaigns for our clients, SUNGARD and 21st Century Insurance and has previously managed major staffing engagements at Accenture, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates. Additionally, Ernie has facilitated outplacement seminars and counseled displaced workers. Ernie attended Rutgers University and the Widener University School of Law.
