Ronnie Battista, Executive Director of Experience Design (XD) Account Strategy at MISI Company (an NTT Data Company), has been selected as one of three core speakers at the National Convention of Custommerce in Chennai (Madras), India on September 16th, 2011. Custommerce is an Indian based organization whose mission is “to transform service delivery, through customer-centricity, for a customer-driven economy.”
Ronnie will be presenting Creating a Customer Experience Strategy to the Chief Experience Officers (CXOs) representing a variety of industry verticals from across India; leaders who have been charged with institutionalizing a customer experience mindset across all business areas of their organizations. MISI’s Strategic Experience Alignment (SEA) framework — a point of view and a process committed to ensuring all of a company’s people and systems are aligned to create the experience necessary to achieve the company’s strategic objectives — will be a foundational element of his presentation.
Custommerce, a combination of the word Customer & Commerce, is a movement that will work towards identifying challenges facing the customer interaction / customer service industry and provide possible strategies to achieve customer centricity. The founders of Custommerce believe that in a global economy, excellence in service delivery is the only viable source of competitive advantage. The organization has elicited enthusiastic participation from senior management from diverse industries — leaders in their domains, connected by a common thread — a commitment to building customer-centric organizations for a customer-driven economy.
