In the past, candidates were sourced from newspaper ads and faxed resumes, and the best recruiters were known by their relationships and connections into that talent pool. Today that talent pool is shared by all providers, with Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn and others acting as the repository.

MISI's recruiting success is driven by speed, accuracy and knowledge of the client and their consulting need. The recruiters then traverse the talent pool and focus on the most qualified candidates, and manage expectations through the process.

How We Track Applicants

Using one of the preeminent CRM/Applicant Tracking Systems available, we invest in job postings that enable us to attract the active candidate. In addition, we embrace Web 2.0 technologies and train our recruiters to use these tools to source, attract, and screen our consultant candidates.

Our Consultant Liaisons

MISI's Consultant Liaisons function as Resource Managers to our clients and MISI Account Management. Focused directly on the Consultant, they establish and build long, strong, personal, and professional relationships.

On-boarding Process

With an understanding of our client's terms and conditions and project role and responsibilities, the Consultant Liaison will tailor a specific employee orientation. In addition, we inform other MISI consultants of the new addition to the client team. Our goal is to help promote an environment of MISI co-workers that assist to deliver high-value services.

In situations where we add consultants to an existing MISI team, the Consultant Liaison will facilitate a formal project review, team introductions, and knowledge transfer provided by both MISI and the client team.

Account Managers

Our Account Managers understand their role and responsibility and take it seriously. Their role is to understand your company, group, projects, timing, culture, and how and where you'll need IT resources. Their responsibility is to you our client; to bring you value. Value is best described as understanding your environment and need and focusing all of MISI's capabilities to help solve it.
