PHILADELPHIA, PA (September 7, 2011) — MISI’s Experience Design (XD) team will be co-leading the in-conference workshop on change management that will open CBI’s Life Sciences Commercial IT Summit on Cloud and Mobile Initiatives, September 15-16, 2011 in Philadelphia, PA. The workshop — Change Management: Prepare Internal Teams for Implementation of New Tools and Platforms — will be co-lead by Ray Milora, Director Customer Experience, Core Business Service for the global pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline and MISI XD Account Director Lisa Woodley. Milora was on the GSK leadership team that oversaw the largest implementation at the time of Microsoft’s cloud computing solution, MS Office 365. As the user experience (UX) industry matures, there is an increasing call for a non-profit UX Certification program. Ronnie Battista, Executive Director of Experience Design (XD) Account Strategy at MISI Company and Director of Certification on the Board of UPA International (UPA-I) , is currently leading a global certification effort for UPA-I.
In the Spring of 2011, Ronnie took the first step in the UPA’s global program by working with the German UPA (G-UPA) on their concurrent effort to launch a certification program to the German market. “The Usability/UX Profession Berufsfeld Usability” program has been evolving for almost a decade. This September 11-14, Ronnie will be joining Henning Brau (UPA European Regional Director and joint author of the program), Rolf Molich and others at the 2011 Mensch and Computer conference in Chemnitz Germany to continue the progression. NTT DATA CORPORATION ("NTT DATA") has been seeking certain regulatory approvals in connection with its acquisition of Keane International, Inc. ("Keane International"), as announced in its press release dated October 29, 2010 (U.S. Time), "Notice that Keane International, Inc., a U.S.-Based IT Service Company, Will Become a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of NTT DATA CORPORATION." Such regulatory approvals having been obtained, NTT DATA announces that on December 30, 2010 NTT DATA merged its wholly-owned subsidiary, Knight Subsidiary Corporation, into Keane International, resulting in Keane International as the surviving corporation and becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT DATA. New York, NY, July 1, 2010 - MISI Company, the US IT staffing and experience design subsidiary of NTT DATA Corporation of Japan, announced the acquisition of Cue Data Services, Inc., a New England based IT Staffing firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
