Requirements:
This position is required to attend a customer training program in New York.

• Must be available for immediate start
• 2 to 3 years experience minimum
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Knowledge of:
• Backup software (monitor server backups)
• Windows 2003 (server)
• Novell 6.5
• SQL Server
• Metavante Banking environment
• Banking or finance industry experience is useful
• Good written and verbal communication skills
