Description: Our client is need of a DMS Project Manager who is responsible for working with City stakeholders as necessary to define and document vendor responsibilities during a phased transition to self-sufficiency. He/she will provide progress reports and escalate risks and major issues to senior management. The candidate will also manage a small team of consultants and staff to execute tasks previously mentioned. He/she will work with the tech staff to define and document a longer term technical direction for the DMS application.
Requirements:
Strong Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Acess, Word, etc.) and ability to author and package design deliverables
10+ years of full SDLC implementation experience of a multi-tiered application
5+ years of experience with fixed income/debt/bond trading or management applications
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to facilitate meeting discussions, broker issue resolutions, and articulate decision points
Strong English oral and written communication skills as necessary for the authoring of key deliverables and interaction with senior management
Able to scope, plan, and manage a design team through the analysis and design of a multi-tiered solution
