Description:
Our client is looking for someone to take on the temporary position as a Technical Support Representative at the Help Desk in their Lake Success, Long Island office. The job is for a duration of 3 months. The only day they need someone is on Sundays from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm. The Technical Support Representative will help remote users via telephone with all of the company's systems including System 80, 390, Unix, Novell, NT, and AS400. Good phone and communication skills are required. They use ITG for tracking.
Requirements:
