Description: Contract is for 6+ months in Jersey City.
Our client, a top-tier financial company, is currently looking for an Infrastructure and Informatica Developer. They are seeking a motivated team player who performs well in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Candidate must have strong problem solving skills, the ability to multi-task, and 1-3 years of experience with Business Objects, Informix, and Unix. Four to six years of experience with Perl and Sybase are also required.
Job Responsibilities:
Incremental decommissioning of source feeds and entries to the Pathfinder System while rerouting new structure feed into the current system.
Development of self service reports with Business Objects for end users.
Development of a reconciliation engine to validate correctness via ETL
Participation in a rotational batch support.
Requirements:
1-3 years experience with Business Objects, Informix, and Unix
4-6 years experience with Perl and Sybase
Ability to work well in fast-paced and dynamic environments
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and successfully work in groups
