• Strong manual and automated testing experience (white box / black box testing), successful, enjoys testing, good work ethic.
• TestDirector, and some experience with the following tools would be good: Mercury Quality Center, and QTP Quick Test Pro, LoadRunner, WinRunner (not all required, but this is what they use in the environment).
• Support whole testing cycle (documentation, execution, reporting on results, working on defects).
• Excellent communication skills are key, will function as extension of development team.

• Test Plan Development, Windows SQL, Mercury Quality Center, and QTP Quick Test Pro<.li>
• Strong people skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience as a QA analyst or Sr. Tester.
• Have knowledge using Mercury Quality Center and Quick Test Pro (QTP).
• Experience with automating test scripts.
• Strong understanding of test methodology, esp. data driven testing/
• Responsibility oriented person that can take charge and work independently.
• Knowledge of IT industry testing and QA practices.
• Ability to understand business goals/requriements and develop detailed test plans.
• Experience working with multiple departments in an IT development environment.
• Experience with Distributed application and mainframe systems.
• Experience with Credit Card applications, testing methodology and business practices.
• Experience in mixed UNIX and Windows environments.
