• Must have a strong technical background with programming. (C++, Java) and relational database (Oracle) skills and experience.
• This person must aslo have experience working directly with Development and Business Staff.
• The person will work directly with the business to ensure requirements and goals are correctly understood during the Analysis phase.
• Will also work with the development team to ensure system enhancements are correctly transitioned to the Build phase.
• Will create documentation (Funtional Specifications) for the Development Team to code functionally into customer support applications.
• Will conduct impact assessments to understand the business adn applicatoin implications to requests being considered.
• Will be responsible for ensuring current and accurate system documentation, perform testing of system modifications, including test scripts (Verfication Testing), and identify needed system training, educational tools and materials as a result of activities.
• This person may interact with the Project Manager regarding planning/scheduling and resource allocation.

• QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Subsystem touchpoints and dependencies
• Screen Prototypes and user/interface designs
• Must Possess strong facilitation skills which will be utilized when leading focused discussions or suing data collection tools (surveys, focus groups, charting, reports) to acheive specific goals.
• Must be self-starting, self-directed individual who has the ability to effectively execute their responsibilities while balancing multiple concurrent assignments.
• Will be expected to possess an display Project Management skills and may be required to actively manage parts of the project.
