Description:
- The TSA is between the developers and BSA, but could span across all three roles, whereas a BSA is between a requirement analyst and the business and doesn't touch the developers. Client is looking for someone who has a development background in C++. They won't be a hands on developer, but should be able to dig deeper into the code than an average BSA. They will use the code as a tool to do their job, but will not develop.
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have experience like this in the past Must have previous C++ experience.
- Must be willing to go full time at some point.
- Must be able to do use cases, activity diagrams, data flow diagrams.
- Must have built functional specs and business requirements.
- Must understand the details of how the systems works.
- Must know how the application was divided into modules, how data was accessed (via middleware, direct DB connect, screen scrape) and when (real-time, batch).
