Description: Identification of potential candidates utilizing websites, internal databases, referrals, job fairs, and other creative networking techniques. Posting job requirements on various internet sites to attract top-talent. Conducting phone screenings, in-person interviews and skill assessments in order to determine applicant's technical competence. Conduct reference and background checks. Present contract opportunities to qualified applicants. Negotiate contract and terms of employment. Build and maintain excellent relationships with contract employees. Requirements:
- 3-5 years IT recruiting agency experience
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high-sense of urgency and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with IT professionals
- Experience in recruiting IT consultants in the brokerage/banking industry a must
