Description:
In this position, the recruiter is responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process including:

• Identification of potential candidates utilizing websites, internal databases, referrals, job fairs, and other creative networking techniques
• Posting job requirements on various internet sites to attract top-talent
• Conducting phone screenings, in-person interviews and skill assessments in order to determine applicant's technical competence
• Present contract opportunities to qualified applicants
• Negotiate contract and terms of employment
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with contract employees

Requirements:

• 3-5 years IT recruiting experience in an agency environment
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high-sense of urgency and professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with IT professionals
