The first step in our process is to work with the customer to gain an understanding of their true business goals and requirements. We engage the customer early and stay engaged throughout the project to ensure we are on track with providing the right solution.

Our approach to technical solutions always account for the customer’s overall corporate strategies. This is accomplished through our consulting with the client to gain an understanding of corporate plans and initiatives that will impact or constrain the proposed solution. Software solutions are then designed to align with these strategies and if necessary the development and deployment of functionality and features may be structured in a phased manner to coincide with dependent initiatives.
Our Technical Strategy team works with the customer’s internal IT/IS teams and architects to understand the technical constraints and opportunities of the target environment. We ensure that the technical solution proposed is cost effective and easy to implement when weighed against the business requirements.
