The Staffing / Consultant Liaison position is a ground-floor opportunity to learn the IT staffing business. The ideal candidate must have solid customer service experience and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

    Staffing Liaison – Supporting our sister company Keane

  • Interface with Keane CMs and ICIMS regarding requirements
  • Responsible for driving process with Keane CMs
  • Acting as an internal BDM; driving and motivating the Recruiting organization on Keane positions
  • Consultant Liaison

  • Own the process for driving leads, referrals, and redeployment
  • Interface with consultants from on-boarding through exiting
  • Initial point of contact for consultants’ issues
  • Regular conversations and onsite meetings to maximize our relationship with the consultants
  • Update client and consultant contracts
  • Develop social media and other types of networking campaigns
  • Customize on-boarding process per client to ensure our consultant’s are set-up to succeed
  • Administrative Assistant

  • Handle incoming calls (when in the office)
  • Order supplies
  • Ensure JobDiva Applicant Tracking System is up to date and populated with captured client and candidate info
  • Miscellaneous Projects

  • Continually look for ways to standardize and implement processes
  • Organize office
  • Look for ways to optimally utilize JobDiva
  • Severe as backup for recruiting overflow; set mail merges, can do first level screening of candidates, input candidates into ICIMS as well as the other VMS we work with, assist with formatting resumes

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Must be proficient in MS Office
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized
  • Must possess a strong sense of professionalism
  • Knowledge of IT terminology a plus
