In this unique role, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of our business including sales, recruiting, human resources, and general office duties. You will be interacting directly with our senior executives, consultants in the field, our local sales and recruiting teams.

Office Support (40%)
You will be handling day to day office management tasks such as answering the phone/door, ordering supplies, setting up conference calls, stocking kitchen with coffee and supplies. You will organize and coordinate our holiday parties, anniversary dinners, business events, charity/volunteer efforts. Coordinate our employee recognition program. Support our Finance team by calling consultants in the field about missing timesheets. Update and distribute critical documents to support our consultant engagements. You will provide occasional administrative support to our senior executives (CEO, COO, CMO, VP/Philadelphia Branch Manager, and Director of Recruiting).Recruiting Support (30%)
You will format consultant resumes for presentation to our clients. Keep track of our 3rd party vendor contracts. Send out updated contract exhibits to our consultantsSales Support (20%)
You will update our sales/recruiting database with necessary info (job requirements, end dates, start dates). Keep track of all consultant engagement activity (starts and ends for each month). Run and distribute sales activity reports from our sales databaseHuman Resources (10%)
You will file all HR paperwork in consultant’s files. Assist with the consultant on-boarding process (schedule/deliver orientation, perform background check, collect HR paperwork, and send drug test). The XD Strategist is a highly visible, lead role. The strategist is among the first people our customers meet and therefore must embody the MISI XD brand and value proposition. The strategist leads the development of our proposed solutions. S/he must assimilate and analyze client business issues and intelligence, understand the client's respective market trends and related pressures, and help lead the development and articulation of the vision and scope of the engagement.
The XD Strategist applies his/her knowledge of the principles of effective design, interactivity, current technologies, and a variety of software tools to produce preliminary flowcharts, storyboards, and other high-level design documents that clearly articulate the overarching concepts, themes and the experience of our proposed solutions.
It is the Strategist’s responsibility to assure the efficient transfer of the design vision from high-level conceptual phases to the more defined development phases. The Strategist remains an internal design consultant to the development team on an as-needed basis throughout project life cycle.
